Program every day from 13.30 bis 16.30 Clock:

- Learning the pole technique
- Improve the basic technique of the classical right diagonal step
Tuesday:
- Video analysis
- Common cross-country skiing
Thursday:
- Common cross-country skiing
Friday:
- Final tour with the adoption and allocation of documents in the fireplace in the cozy meeting new Kaminstube
The course also takes place at only one station.
